Frank is a retired U.S. Army Sergeant First Class, former U.S. Marine, and veteran law enforcement professional with over 30 years of combined military and police service. As the Founder of TACTCORE Training Group, Frank leads with hard-earned experience, battle-tested knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to preparing responsible citizens to meet today’s tactical challenges.
Frank began his service in the United States Marine Corps as a Rifleman. He trained extensively in close-quarters battle techniques, advanced live-fire scenarios, and combined arms operations, mastering the M16A2, M203 grenade launcher, and M249 SAW. A graduate of Marine Corps Basic Training, Marine Combat Training (MCT), and the School of Infantry (SOI), he developed foundational infantry skills that set the tone for a lifetime of tactical readiness and discipline.
After his Marine Corps service, Frank transitioned to the U.S. Army, where he served over 25 years and rose to the rank of Sergeant First Class in the Military Police Corps. During his deployment to Iraq, he led Military Police soldiers through the streets of Baghdad, conducting high-risk security escort missions and protective service details for senior military officials and coalition leaders. He planned and executed base defense operations, enforced anti-terrorism security measures, and ensured the safety of personnel and assets in one of the most volatile combat environments of the war. Frank also served as a Military Police Training Instructor and Course Manager at the Army National Guard Regional Training Institute, preparing the next generation of military police for both domestic and overseas missions.
Frank’s civilian law enforcement career spanned over 17 years. He retired as a Deputy City Marshal with the North Las Vegas Police Department, where he led warrant service operations and supervised new officers as a Field Training Officer. In addition to leading TACTCORE Training Group, Frank remains active in the law enforcement community—providing protective services for government officials and supporting public safety operations. He also trains law enforcement personnel in advanced tactical response as a certified MACTAC instructor. His ongoing involvement ensures that every course he delivers is grounded in real-world tactics, evolving threats, and operational best practices.
Frank holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Bellevue University, as well as dual Associate degrees in Criminal Justice and Technical Management from the University of Phoenix. He also holds an Advanced Certificate from Nevada Peace Officer Standards & Training (POST).
